Once Dr. Burkett has reviewed your dental and medical health history forms, and completed your dental exam, she will provide you with a dental consultation, and information about any additional dental treatments you, or your child, may need. During this time, Dr. Burkett will also answer any questions you may have. The doctor and her staff welcome any questions you may have, and are always available to listen to your concerns.

Costs and Payments
The cost of your treatment may vary, depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. Dr. Burkett and her staff will discuss the cost of your treatment and your available options with you, so you are able to make the best choice for yourself, your smile, and your family.
